Google ha ricevuto un premio per il brevetto del suo data center galleggiante. Il data center potrebbe essere alimentato e raffreddato dall’oceano e i centri dati stazionerebbero da 3 a 7 miglia al largo. Il gigante della ricerca ha registrato il brevetto nel Febbraio dello scorso anno. Il brevetto non presenta solo l’idea di una soluzione ingegneristica intelligente e pratica: l’idea comporta anche un ritorno economico.
